Dr. Henok Tesfaye
Dr. Henok Tesfaye has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of U Street Parking, Inc. (USP), a company he founded in 1998. Under Mr. Tesfaye’s leadership, USP has become a premier parking company in the highly competitive parking market in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area.
Dr. Tesfaye’s efforts proved successful when U Street Parking, Inc. was awarded multi-million-dollar contracts to manage parking facilities at five of the busiest airports on the East Coast, adding Orlando International Airport earlier this year.
Dr. Tesfaye is also involved in the real-estate sector, at United Investments with multi-million dollar properties currently in development within the DC Metropolitan Area. Mr. Tesfaye has been featured in multiple publications. The Washington Post described him as “a District of Columbia entrepreneurial success story, a savvy and focused business with good standing within the community.”
Dr. Tesfaye is a Board Member at Capital Bank and the Washington Architectural Foundation, as well as a member of numerous civic and professional associations including the D.C. Chamber of Commerce, the Enterprise Development Group, and the National Parking Association. Mr. Tesfaye also plays an important role in giving back to the community. He is the Chairman of the Board of the Mary Joy USA, a non-profit organization that seeks to help children and seniors in his homeland, Ethiopia.

As part of his efforts in the worlds of business and democracy Allan has organized and led a team of investors to Belize, a bi-partisan election observing team to Haiti for it’s Constitutional Referendum vote and it’s Presidential vote; a team of Court observers to Egypt for the trials of Muslim Brotherhood and a fact-finding mission to Somalia during it earliest civil war period to later testify in Congress.

Naomi Abraham
With over two decades of experience in the hair industry, Naomi Abraham is the co-founder of 90210 Collection and is a celebrity hairstylist currently working at the Giuseppe Franco Salon in Beverly Hills, California. Ethiopian-born and raised in Germany, Naomi began her hairstylist career as an apprentice working closely with some of Germany’s top stylists. Shortly after completing her apprenticeship, Naomi relocated to the United States to pursue her career in the hair industry. With a genuine and honest approach to building relationships with her clients, she provides A-list services and ensures her clients not only look good but feel great about themselves.
From award shows such as the Emmys to red carpets, Naomi has worked with high-profile celebrities in Hollywood and the music industry. She has served as the expert hairstylist to award recipients as well as award presenters. Naomi was also the personal stylist for the American Idol judges for four years. Boasting worldwide high-profile clientele from celebrities to the business community, Naomi is a sought-after stylist in Beverly Hills.
At the center of Naomi’s success and longevity in the hair industry is her upbringing and Ethiopian culture—which prides itself on providing welcoming and personalized hospitality. Naomi is an avid traveler and is a committed philanthropist to communities near and dear to her.

Samrawit Tefera
Expert professional hairstylist and entrepreneur, Samrawit Tefera is the co-founder of 90210 Collection and has been in the hair industry for more than two decades. Born and raised in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Samrawit arrived in the United States at the age of eighteen years old to pursue her higher education. Initially starting her professional journey with the pursuit of an associate degree in information systems with a focus on networking from Northern Virginia Community College, Samrawit quickly realized that her passion lieselsewhere.
While attending Northern Virginia Community College, Samrawit worked at luxury hotels in Washington, DC, and steadily climbed the corporate ladder through her people-centered work ethic, professionalism, and personality. While working in the hospitality industry, Samrawit realized that her passion was to ensure that people are happy while receiving personalized services. Samrawit then decided to follow her heart and attained her cosmetology license in 2003. With two decades of experience under her belt as an expert hairstylist, she is certified as a hair colorist by the world-renowned Sensus Hairlovers Academy as well as being a certified micro-link extensions specialist from professional institutions abroad. Samrawit is the owner of an online e-commerce store and a brick-and-mortar salon, SheWay Hair Studio in Alexandria, VA., where she currently works.
Samrawit is a mother of two boys. She loves traveling, dancing, and interior designing.
